Let me start with what most ads omit: with Ultherapy, you are not paying for 'machine minutes'. You are paying for an original serial-numbered transducer, medical judgment, and responsibility for the result. Price differences between providers are not marketing - they are differences in what you actually receive.
What builds the price
1. The transducer. Original Ultherapy PRIME transducers have serial numbers, limited line counts, and are purchased from the official distributor at serious cost. This is the largest component. A machine that 'works with any cartridge' does not, by definition, work with originals.
2. Your line count. A correct quote follows examination: which zones, how many lines, at which depths. Beware of one 'full face fixed price' offered before anyone has seen your face.
3. Who holds the device. A treatment performed personally by a specialist physician - in my case, a trainer of physicians on these technologies - objectively costs more than one delegated to an operator.
How you learn your price
No price list in this article, for one honest reason: the correct price depends on your face, not a catalog.
